Thank you for supporting our small business! Before placing your order, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. By completing a purchase, you agree to the policy outlined below:

  1. Custom Leotards
    All custom-designed leotards are made to order based on your preferences and measurements. Because of the personalized nature of these products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    We’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe when you place your order. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline. We always aim to meet this timeframe, but delays may happen due to design complexity, availability, or other factors.

  2. 6-Day Adjustment Policy (Custom Leotards Only)
    If something’s not quite right with your custom leotard, please reach out within 6 days of receiving it. We’ll make necessary adjustments or fix any errors free of charge.
    After 6 days, any requests for changes will fall under our After Care service and may involve additional costs.

  3. Ready-Made & Non-Custom Products
    For our non-custom items (such as accessories or leotards that are ready-made and not personalized), we also operate on a no refund, no return policy.
    However, if the product isn’t quite right for you, we offer a one-time exchange for another item that is currently in stock. Please get in touch within 6 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    We take great care to ensure every item leaving our workshop meets high-quality standards. If your order arrives with a production-related defect (such as a flaw in the stitching, missing rhinestones, or other workmanship issues), please contact us within 6 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make things right.
    Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, as this is out of our control once the order has been handed over to the postal carrier.
    To help protect your order, insured shipping is automatically applied for all orders over €150. For smaller orders, standard shipping applies.

  5. Changes to Your Order
    Need to make a change to your order? Let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After that, changes might not be possible due to the production process.

  6. Order Limitations
    If we’re unable to fulfill your order for any reason (e.g., the design is beyond our capabilities or materials are unavailable), we will inform you within 6 days and issue a full refund.

  7. Shipping and Delivery
    We aim to ship your order on time. If you’ve selected tracked shipping, you’ll receive a tracking code once the parcel is on its way.
    Please double-check your shipping address when ordering; once an order has been processed, it can’t be changed. We are responsible for shipping your order on time, but once it leaves our hands, we can’t control delivery delays or issues caused by the carrier.

  8. Customer Responsibility
    Please make sure all order details (such as size, colors, design choices, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect information submitted by the customer.

  9. Use of Production Photos
    As part of our process, we take photos and short videos during the creation of custom leotards. These are used to showcase our work on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. By placing an order, you agree that we may feature your leotard this way. This is a standard part of our workflow and helps other customers see real examples of our work.
