How long does it take to make a custom leotard?
It takes a minimum of 3 weeks to complete a leotard when no other orders are in line. We work on a first paid, first served basis, so ordering early ensures a faster turnaround time.
Can I choose my own fabrics and colors?
Absolutely! You have the freedom to mix and match to bring your vision to life. From sparkling rhinestones to elegant mesh and soft velvet, every detail is customizable to create a leotard that’s as unique as you are!
Can I communicate in different languages?
Yes! I speak English, Dutch, and French to assist you. If you prefer another language, Google Translate can help bridge the gap
What measurements do you need for a custom fit?
We require bust, waist, hip, torso length, and sleeve length to ensure a perfect fit. You can find a detailed measurement guide on our website, and if needed, measurements can also be taken in our workshop.
Can I request adjustments after receiving my leotard?
Yes, we offer a 6-day policy for leotards made by us. Within this period, you can request size adjustments or corrections for errors. If you want additional modifications, like adding a sleeve that wasn’t in the original design, this is possible for an extra fee. After the 6-day period, all changes fall under our After Care service.
Do you make leotards for different sports?
Our custom leotards are designed for a variety of sports. Whether you need a leotard for acrobatic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics or figure skating, we ensure a perfect fit and high-quality design. If your sport requires flexibility, durability, and a unique look, we can create the perfect leotard for you.
How do I care for my custom leotard?
Proper care ensures your leotard stays in top condition. Always hand wash with mild detergent, avoid harsh chemicals, and air dry to maintain fabric quality. For full care instructions, refer to our After care service on the website.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Since each leotard is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, you can request adjustments within 6 days of receiving your leotard (see our 6-day policy). After this period, modifications fall under our After Care service.
